Four Winds is completely weatherproof, warm and cosy.

There are low wattage, thermostatically controlled heaters in each room and most windows facing the sea are double glazed.

The bungalow sleeps 4 comfortably and comprises of -

	Sitting room, with flat screen television and DVD.	Sunroom, directly overlooking the beach, with an adjoining dining area.
Two bedrooms, one double and one twin. A camp bed is also provided that can be used in the sitting room or dining area.
Kitchen, with fridge, small freezer, electric oven and hob, microwave, electric kettle and toaster. Well stocked with crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils.
Bathroom, with shower cubicle and electric shower, basin and a heated towel rail. There is a separate toilet with basin.
Outside - a large enclosed garden laid to grass at the front facing a private unadopted road, which can accommodate several cars, and an enclosed patio facing the sea at the rear which allows direct access to the shingle beach.

Duvets, pillows with protectors and mattress protectors are provided. Blankets are also provided if required.

Tenants are required to bring their own sheets, pillow cases, duvet covers, towels and tea towels.

Electricity is paid for by a coin meter. This takes £1 and £2 coins.

The bungalow is cleaned after each holiday and duvet, pillow and mattress protectors are changed, as are the bath and toilet mats.
